In stressful times we all need some escapism in our lives. Turning your classroom (even a breakout room!) into an escape room is easier than you think, and makes for lessons full of cooperation, competition and communication. Fiona has created escape rooms for adults and children and will share some of the ideas and activities that have worked for her.

Fiona is the author of Escape the Classroom and In the Driver's Seat. She owns Britz English School and teaches at Kumamoto University. She combines writing with running Britz English School and teaching at Kumamoto University. She is also the creator of Escape from Britz, an escape room built inside a classroom, and is currently working on making digital escape room games for children.
