Mike Lyons is the founder of SOLE Japan, the country's first dedicated self organized learning school. He is co-founder of SOLE Online, a collaboration hub for SOLE educators around the world. In his free time ;) Mike teaches at his own conversation school and at several universities in the Nagoya area.

A Blueprint for a Multinational Online SOLE Session
SOLEs (Self Organized Learning Environments) can work locally and online. Multinational sessions are particularly rewarding, but they are difficult to set up.
